She helps her clients to find their true selves at work and school using stories, poetry and humor as learning and engagement tools, resulting in greater career satisfaction, personal engagement and more productive lives.

Working with individuals to develop their unique talents and strengths allowing them to see themselves in new ways to become more productive, successful and achieve levels they never thought possible is her passion. She specializes in helping people successfully navigate transition and works with individuals at all stages of life and career.

Ryan is a talent management professional with twenty years of organizational development, management consulting and training experience.

Her background includes roles with Fortune 500 companies including Avon, American Express, Diageo and Con Edison. Ryan’s industry pedigree is inclusive — non-profits, small businesses and academic institutions with assignments responsible for supporting organizational development, and human resources through change and transition.

She also has first-hand experience coaching and mentoring collegiate athletes and coaches through their career changes. Julienne is also an active mentor with IMentor and Baruch –CUNY’s – Executive on Campus Mentorship Program (EOC).

Her Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Leadership is from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a dual B.A. in Psychology/Urban Studies from Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY.
