He is responsible for providing consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses in performance management, executive coaching, managerial and professional reward systems, leadership skills development and the development of ethics/compliance programs. Has conducted leadership training in China, northern Africa, Europe and South America. Services include 360 degree and other leadership skills assessment, customized programs, talent management, change management, strategies for effective leadership action and the development of high performance leaders. Performance management focuses on the necessary performance drivers that will lead to effective business results.

As a senior Visiting Professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management the focus has been in teaching courses in all facets of Human Resources. Courses include International Human Resources, Training and Development, Change Management, Compensation, Labor Relations, Benefits, Human Resources, Managing Global Diversity,

Jesse Battino is a senior human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in diverse industry settings-manufacturing and retail. He has been the head of Human Resources for Sequa Corporation, a diversified manufacturing organization in aerospace, automotive, metal coating, and specialty chemicals. Jesse’s business-driven approach has resulted in successful initiatives in talent management, executive assessment and coaching, benefits cost containment strategies, change and performance management, cultural and process integration of numerous acquisitions, strategic staffing, human performance technology, employee reward systems and leadership development. He has worked as an internal consultant to senior managers on several change initiatives, both in the US and abroad (China, SouthAmerica, Europe) and has established HR as a strategic business partner to improve organizational productivity and effectiveness. Jesse spearheaded the development of the Sequa Leadership Institute and a Management Innovation training initiative. The Leadership Coaching Group services focus on executive/managerial coaching and other human resources business impact programs to improve organizational productivity and effectiveness.

Jesse has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Hunter College in New York, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Iona College’s John G. Hagan School of Business and a Master’s in Counseling/Education from Fordham University.
