My name is Harvey R. Taylor and I have spent most of my life in law enforcement and in Military service as a soldier. I am currently a retired federal officer with more than 20 years of management experience as a Law Enforcement Officer and over 25 years of military experience as a 1st sergeant in the United States Army.
In addition to active military duty, I have vast experience in teaching and training soldiers and civilians in various capacities both in the class room and on-line. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from York College, City University of New York and also a M.B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for Keller and I am one of the key Evaluator for all Capstone Presentations.
I have taught at United States Military Academy, West Point NY, as well at Ft. Dix NJ, McGuire Air Force Base and Lakehurst Naval Base, NJ.
On a personal note, I love golfing, fishing and watching sports. I am a single father of two boys who I enjoyed spending time with. I love to read, travel, listening to music and dancing.
